Welcome to Momentum Therapy!
I am so glad you have discovered my website and are considering engaging in what can only be described as a wonderful journey of self-discovery. My name is Carol and I am a licensed psychotherapist who works with individuals and couples via tele-therapy in the states of California, Idaho, Maine, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Utah.
Do you find you are having difficulty concentrating, feeling irritable or can't seem to stop overthinking? Are you experiencing chronic sadness or a lack of motivation leading to loss of interest in things that bring you joy? Do you question your perception or struggle to trust yourself? Have you experienced losses that have left you disoriented or unforeseen circumstances that derailed your plans? Do you wonder if therapy is worth the investment or will it provide relief?

If your answer to any of these questions is yes, therapy has the potential to provide an unparalleled experience in one’s desire to heal, grow and thrive. There is something powerful about the therapeutic space. A freedom comes with setting aside personal distractions and spending uninterrupted time with a therapist whose sole purpose is dedicated to your overall sense of self-understanding and wellbeing.

I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that people possess the internal fortitude to heal. As your therapist, my priority is to create a safe environment where you can discover hidden obstacles, face difficult emotions and experience an increased sense of hope as you regain a renewed sense of autonomy and empowerment over your life.
Please feel free to explore my website. If you have any questions do not hesitate to reach out at carol@momentumtherapy.co or 818-583-7105. I am here to help.
