I honor the courage it takes to seek treatment and your reaching out is important to me. As a sole practitioner, I am not always available to answer the phone, therefore the most efficient way to reach me is via email utilizing the form provided.
Quick facts about my practice:
Individual session fee is $200, couples $225.00.
I only work with adult clients 18 years old and up.
I do not take insurance but can provide a receipt for Out-Of-Network benefits.
I do not have a sliding scale.
I provide sessions online for clients in CA, ID, ME, NV, PA and UT
I meet with clients Monday-Wednesday.
I have two windows in which I do consultation calls M-W, 9:00AM PDT or 4:00AM PDT.
What is covered during a phone consultation:
I will call you at the agreed upon designated time. The phone consultation will typically last about 10 to 15 minutes providing you a sense of who I am and if you feel like I am someone you can work with. Information you should share is if you have a history of therapy or if this is your first time in treatment. What has you seeking therapy at this time and what are the issues you want to address If you are unsure of what to ask, that is okay, I can help guide the conversation. Ultimately I want you to see if you feel l comfortable with me. I will also be deciding whether or not I am the right fitt for your specific goals and if I think that I can be of help. At the end of the phone consultation, we can set up our first appointment or if I am able to provide you other referrals. I look forward to learning more about you and answering any questions you might have.
